Family Care Group is seeking an experienced Fostering Supervising Social Worker to join our team in the Midlands. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assessing and supporting foster care services in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support foster care services in your designated region
  • Work closely with Therapeutic services to enable young people to recover from previous trauma
  • Recruit, train, and approve foster carers using the Secure Base Model
  • Provide support and guidance to foster carers, support workers, and managers
  • Participate in the development of the service, including recruitment, training, and approval of foster carers
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Be a qualified Social Worker
  • Be registered with Social Care England
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate
