The Role:
This graduate role will ensure you gain a wide range of operations and production business experience skills through continuous on-the-job development with coaching and mentoring.
Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a fast-paced meat production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize line speed and efficiencies to meet business objectives.
- Meet a number of pre-determined key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
- Coordinate production with sales and assess costings of new and ongoing business.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Accurately cost new products and services.
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset to drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong financial understanding and business acumen.
Requirements:
- Degree in Agri, Agri Business, Business/Commerce or a similar discipline.
- Strong financial understanding and business acumen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of team dynamics and ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team.
