Job Title: Corporate Support Specialist

About the Role:
Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Excellence: Ensure that customer service principles are consistently met and delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Warm Welcome & Farewell: Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued.
  3. Front of House Presentation: Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in all front-of-house areas at all times.
  4. Standard Operating Procedures: Follow company standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  5. Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  6. Professional Communication: Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as required.
  7. Visitor Management: Ensure all visitor management processes are followed to maintain smooth operations.
  8. Complaint Resolution: Address complaints promptly, offering solutions and escalating when necessary.
  9. Data Management: Accurately process and manage databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  10. Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify and suggest opportunities for improving customer experiences through innovation and creativity.
  11. Support Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
  12. Training: Ensure temporary staff members are trained according to company standards and maintain training records.
  13. Professional Presentation: Adhere to the dress code and personal presentation policy at all times.
  14. Maintenance Reporting: Report any property faults or issues to the facilities management team for resolution.
  15. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.
  16. Quality Assurance: Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition, reporting any issues as needed.
  17. Guest Lounge Maintenance: Keep the lobby and guest lounge areas tidy and well-presented.
Requirements:
  1. A strong academic background with proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
  2. Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Understanding of the importance of building and sharing expertise with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd offers a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a contributory pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
