Olympus UK & Ireland, a global leader in the medical device and technology industry, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join its Endotherapy Consumables Portfolio covering London.

We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to establish direct sales of our Olympus Endotherapy product range on their territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our products to clinical staff within hospitals and business managers, growing market share for our portfolio, and providing after-sales support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, specifically within the healthcare industry, and possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and priorities. You will also demonstrate high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using our Integrated Sales Process (ISP)
  • Accurate and regular forecasting of sales opportunities
  • Representing the organisation at face-to-face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings
  • Demonstrating equipment across our product portfolio, showcasing robust product knowledge and selling skills
  • Delivering post-sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across our product portfolio
