As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and thriving environment for our employees and the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, providing individualized care and attention.
  • Develop and implement rich and stimulating experiences for children, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
  • In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment.
