Senior Configuration Engineer - Defence Organisation

RGF Staffing UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Configuration Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration management and experience working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Configuration Manager in managing product definitions and configuration management for multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration management plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on configuration management best practices and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High level of knowledge in configuration management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PLM tools such as Windchill.

RGF Staffing UK Limited offers a competitive hourly rate of £45ph (Umbrella) and a 6-month contract duration. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest of the week remote.
