Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects in accordance with the Business Management System.
  • Ensure project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders associated with the project.
  • Create a quality and HSE-oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team.
  • Contribute to the quotation process and provide project management-related information such as schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure timely internal and external reporting.
  • Manage, inform, and lead project teams by setting and monitoring performance targets.
  • Contribute to people development by interfacing with project departments and HR.
  • Guarantee achievement or improvement of profit & loss forecasts.
  • Ensure coordination of interfaces.
  • Ensure project execution and financial close-out with appropriate feedback.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Professional English.
  • Excellent understanding of on-offshore/subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations, and services.
  • Ability to lead functional project teams and manage critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service.
