We offer competitive salary packages that reflect our values and commitment to excellence. As a meat product preparation expert, you can expect an annual salary of around £32,281 per year, with hourly rates ranging from £15.52. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week, including Sunday - Friday with a day off in the week; from 10:00 am until 18:30 pm. You'll be working alongside a small team of operatives to support a wide variety of tasks across the production operation.

  • Preparing various meat products such as prime steak cuts, chops, and roast joints\
  • Boning, cutting, and trimming into portions as per customer requirements\
  • Maintaining excellent standards of health and safety, food safety, and HCAPP compliance\
  • Supporting the training of butchery operatives in basic meat trimming and meat preparation skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of monitoring and achieving correct portion control for high-end cuts such as centre cut fillet steaks. Experience in butchery machinery operation and maintenance would be advantageous.
