About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process/Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key member of our Operations function, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing capital investment projects that support business objectives for production growth, carbon reduction, safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process engineering elements of projects and act as lead for multi-discipline projects.
  • Develop and implement process design solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage project installation, commissioning, and handover to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical support to production and engineering departments to ensure production is maximized and all modifications are recorded and approved.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level in an engineering discipline such as Chemical/Process or a similar subject.
  • Significant relevant industrial experience in process engineering, project management, and technical support.
  • Practical experience in design, operation, optimization, and fault finding in complex systems.
  • Project engineering and management experience, including the use of project engineering tools and techniques.
  • Commercial and financial awareness, including knowledge of corporate financial systems and control techniques.
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
  • Knowledge of and experience with ERP software, Word, Excel, MS Project, and other appropriate software packages.
