About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Architecture Practice Manager to join our team in London. As Practice Manager, you will report directly into the founders and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the studio.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong technical skills in Microsoft Office. Experience in office management or related roles is preferred, but not essential. We also welcome candidates with experience in the architecture or design space.

This is a varied role that includes front of house, HR, and marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be highly adaptable and resilient. They will also be able to conduct staff appraisals, support with interviewing and onboarding, and arrange team outings and social events.

The salary range for this position is £30,000-38,000 per annum. If you are passionate about the architecture space and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
