Job Title: Injection Mould Setter

We are seeking an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join our dynamic production team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining injection moulding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change over tooling and equipment efficiently and in line with manufacturer's instructions to support the production plan.
  • Prepare tools and equipment for set up to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Try out parts after change over and submit to quality assurance to ensure the process is set to the standard and process checks are completed.
  • Start up and close-down injection moulding machines in line with manufacturer's instructions to support the smooth running of the shift.
  • Maintain and promote a 5S culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience with 3 axis robots, ideally Wittmann an advantage.
  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced Tier 1 manufacturing environment.
