Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis rewarding opportunity offers a unique chance to grow your career in homecare nursing, with opportunities for professional development and advancement into management positions. You will enjoy a company car or £4,900 annual car allowance, 33 days of holiday including bank holidays, and access to a pension scheme and NMC fees paid.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes
- Deliver effective, high-quality nursing care to support early hospital discharge or prevent unnecessary admissions
- Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks
- Accurately document patient care and clinical observations
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies
- A valid NMC pin number
- Homecare experience is desirable
