**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading food manufacturing group in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong mechanical engineering skills and a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform planned and predictive maintenance of equipment to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct daily and weekly review sessions with the team to drive improvement and identify areas for optimization.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified or time-served in a mechanical engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a mechanical bias.
  • Reliability management expertise, including FMECA, RCM, Tribology, CBM, and TPM.
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
