What We Offer:

Our positions come with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you in your role.

Referral Bonus: Earn £350 for every successful referral.

Employee Benefits: Enjoy 28 days of annual leave (pro-rata) and enhanced pay for bank holidays.

Uniform and DBS Costs Covered: We provide free uniforms and cover the cost of your DBS check. Additionally, you will receive 45p per mile for travel, including paid travel time while working.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct up to 10-15 visits daily, providing companionship, social interaction, and support.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with shopping and appointments.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Manage medication and support clients with daily tasks.

All tasks are designed to enable clients to live fulfilling lives.

  • Reliability and a strong commitment to their role.
  • Flexibility and excellent communication skills.
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with the appropriate documentation.
