Exciting Opportunity for a Talented Workshop Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our technical team at our busy site in Coventry, operating a large fleet of light commercial vehicles and small to prestige cars.

About the Role
  • As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises by ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time.
  • You will be accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, developing a results-focused MVT and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards.
  • Drive innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and deliver on our service commitment to customers.

About You
  • You are a qualified technical expert (level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds in Light Maintenance) with a solid workshop management background.
  • You have a common-sense business approach and know what makes a great workshop and how to maximise efficiencies and opportunities to produce outstanding results.
  • You are a people person who cares about your team and understands that a one-size-fits-all approach is not always the best way to create a high-performing workshop team.
  • You are a natural coach and love to share your knowledge with others.
  • You have a passion for customer service and understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.
