At PECO, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines.

This is a permanent position, and as a Production Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning multiple weekly production schedules, extracting data to analyze, collect, organize, and interpret statistical information to help teams make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays
  • Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you will be required to drive continuous improvements in production processes using our systems, including MRP, ERP, and Excel

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be comfortable with change and able to support others in adapting to new systems and processes.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of ERP/MRP technologies and implementation in manufacturing, as well as experience in data-driven production planning and scheduling.
