About the Role
As a High-End Kitchen & Bathroom Brand Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and brand awareness for our esteemed client, a leading manufacturer of premium KBB products. This field-based position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with key accounts across the North East & Yorkshire region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic customer plans, maximizing business opportunities in both the short and long term.
- Manage a portfolio of exclusive merchant, retailer, and distributor accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, including branch managers, trade counter staff, and retail assistants, showcasing our exceptional product range.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer contacts to ensure seamless promotional activity execution and documentation of agreements.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on our products and services when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. You possess exceptional communication, organizational, and planning skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the KBB industry.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Monthly bonus potential of £5,000.
