About the Role:

The Branch Assistant will work as part of a small team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve branch performance targets.
  2. Help maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety compliance.
  3. Assist with multi-drop deliveries and provide cover in the branch when required.
  4. Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a full valid driving license and a 7.5T driver licence or CPC training.
  2. Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  3. Good organisational skills and IT literacy are required.
  4. Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential.
