Senior Governance Associate, Vulnerable Customer Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Vulnerable Customer Strategy and Governance team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions to support our vulnerable customers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Conduct Lead to identify strategic initiatives and improvements to ensure good customer outcomes and improved experience for our vulnerable customers.
- Regulatory Guidance: Provide regulatory guidance and challenge from a vulnerability and Consumer Duty perspective to both Nutmeg and Chase on existing products and journeys, as well as the launch of new products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide inputs to improve Vulnerable Customer and Consumer Duty Reporting to identify areas of harm and engage senior leaders and regulators as required.
- Data Analysis: Work closely with data teams to identify potential vulnerable customers in key journeys.
- Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and address issues related to vulnerability and Conduct/Consumer Duty.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay up-to-date with regulatory publications and emerging industry themes in relation to consumer vulnerability and Conduct/Consumer Duty.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide SME knowledge on vulnerability frameworks within the UK to other LOBs and new markets.
- Training and Development: Support the build of long-term training solutions to equip staff with the necessary skills and tools to effectively support and communicate with vulnerable customers.
- Knowledge of FCA's Vulnerable Customer Guidance: Strong understanding of FCA's vulnerable customer guidance and Consumer Duty rules.
- Vulnerable Customer Management: Experience in vulnerable customer management and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and Self-Starter: Proactive and self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
