We are a close-knit team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients and their owners. Our team includes 10 Vets, 6 RVNs, 6 SVNs, and 8 Receptionists, all working together to provide a seamless service delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, managing and implementing HR policies, resolving challenges, recruiting, training, and developing team members, and managing your own schedule to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and implement HR policies for our valued team.
  • Resolve challenges swiftly to maintain excellent client service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Head Nurse in a Veterinary setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, encourage, and manage the team effectively.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • A passion for coaching and developing colleagues.
  • Dedication to building strong relationships with clients and the team.
