Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Materials Engineering Degree Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading experts in the field and contribute to the development of innovative materials.

About the Job

You will be working within our central Engineering, Technology & Safety function, which supports all divisions. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and applying knowledge of materials science
  • Conducting research and development projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and products
Key Requirements
  • Five GCSEs including Maths and Physics at grade B/6, English Language at Grade B/5, and two other subjects at grade 4/C
  • Three A-levels at BBC, including Maths and Chemistry at grade C or above, plus one other subject excluding General Studies
  • A Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in an Engineering-related subject at DDM
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
