Employee Relations Advisor Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join their team in Bradford. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in coaching and supporting people leaders to manage Employee Relations issues, develop management behaviors, and foster positive working relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing Employee Relations cases in terms of risk and offering possible solutions to reduce reoccurring issues through case analysis and proactive interventions.
  • Providing advice and guidance on sickness, absence, disciplinary, and welfare cases, capability, and grievances.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR and Employee Relations Advisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • A clear customer service mindset that will have a positive impact on the team and their customers.
  • Experience of working within unionized industries.
