Glass Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Glass Repair Technician to join our team in the Crayford branch. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by carrying out repairs and replacements on various vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged glass on all types of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to ensure complete satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate effectively with regional team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our service and provide valuable feedback to the business.
- Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Prior automotive or mechanical experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential for success in this position.
