Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Site Manager to lead our PPM (Predictive Preventive Maintenance) programme and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the supplier ecosystem, identifying root causes of service underperformance, and implementing recovery initiatives to improve service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of the PPM programme and follow-on maintenance activities to ensure contractual obligations and industry benchmarks are met.
- Investigate and resolve service underperformance issues, implementing corrective actions to improve service delivery.
- Develop and approve detailed plans for the management of PPM, ensuring alignment with service requirements, current backlogs, and changes in site status.
- Collaborate with the MBNL Health, Safety, Infrastructure Management, Estates, and Compliance teams to ensure sites are maintained in a safe and compliant manner.
- Work with the MBNL Commercial Management Team to manage approved suppliers and achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets.
- Lead the development and implementation of best-in-class technical and business services methodologies, processes, and capabilities.
- Manage and motivate contractors and suppliers to achieve high-performance targets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, influencing and socializing with senior leadership teams.
- Balance customer, commercial, and technical requirements to deliver high-quality services.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead high-performance teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience managing remotely located, cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance in mobile or fixed network technologies.
- Experience working in or with a joint venture organisation.
