Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to join a specialist industrial automation company in a role offering progression, training, and great room for growth.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and management of electro-mechanical systems from concept to implementation using a combination of computer-aided analysis, modelling, and prototyping.
As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to the design documentation, lead and participate in reviews, and provide guidance and advice to all members of the mechanical engineering team.
About the CompanyThe company is a growing industrial automation and robotics specialist known for delivering its sophisticated products to blue-chip and SME organisations globally.
The role is office-based in Yeovil and will require travel to customer sites.
Requirements- Extensive experience in Electro-Mechanical Design
- Track record of delivering projects from concept design to implementation
- Proficiency in 3D CAD Models, 2D Drawing, MATLAB and Simulink
- Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel to customer sites
