Women's Criminal Justice Keyworker

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team at The Nelson Trust Women's Centre in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of women involved in the criminal justice system, providing holistic, gender-responsive support to address complex needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop support plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions to enable women to break down barriers and achieve lasting change.
  • Collaborate with specialist organisations in the local area to develop effective partnerships and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Good engagement skills working with women, with a track record of developing effective relationships.
  • Ability to work in a trauma-informed approach, engaging women and addressing needs holistically.
  • Partnership development skills, with experience of working with specialist organisations.
