We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the purchase ledger team's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and timely completion of projects.
- Review invoices and payment runs for accuracy and compliance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and mutual understanding.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial statements and reports.
- Expertise in accounts payable processes and software, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuous improvement, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
