Operations / Business Design / Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations / Business Design / Strategy Consultant to join our team at Curtis Reed Associates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Wealth, Asset or Investment Management, with a strong background in operations, operating model design, cost reduction, process improvement, strategy, or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement operating models to drive cost reduction and process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale strategic programs
  • Provide expert advice on Wealth & Asset Management product areas and end-to-end process flows
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including conflict remediation skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant within Wealth, Asset or Investment Management, Insurance or Banking
  • Strong understanding of one or more Wealth & Asset Management product areas and an appreciation of the end-to-end process flows and functional areas of Wealth & Asset Management participants
  • Experience working on or delivering large-scale strategic programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including conflict remediation skills
  • Graduate with a strong academic background
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience / knowledge of Buy-Side front and middle office, risk, compliance, advice and financial planning, Operations, Alternatives or Asset Servicing an advantage
  • Industry recognised business, finance, IT or project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile, BPR, CIMA or CFA
