Are you a skilled Quality Technician seeking a challenging role in the manufacturing industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician (FAIR) to join our team at CV-Library in Derby, DE21 7RX. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our production processes.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing FAIR packs prior to internal/customer approval, raising Data Cards and other quality-related documents as required, and supporting the internal non-conformance process. You will also liaise closely with Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new products and carry out Calibration activities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review of FAIR packs prior to internal/customer approval.
  • Raising of Data Cards prior to internal/customer approval.
  • Raising of other quality-related documents as required.
  • Support the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is captured.
  • Liaise closely with Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new products – New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Carry out Calibration activities as required to support operations.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job-specific IT systems.
