About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Equipment Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our integrated product team, you will be responsible for leading, specifying, designing, and developing test equipment solutions for power distribution and control programs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement test equipment solutions for power distribution and control programs.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate test systems.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure test equipment meets program requirements.
  4. Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.
  5. Participate in technical reviews and provide input on test equipment design and development.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in test system design, development, and hardware/software integration.
  • Good problem-solving and solution-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for independent and sound technical judgment.

  • Ability to deliver solutions on-time, to budget, and with the required quality.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, pro-activeness, and enthusiasm.
