Job OpportunityWe are seeking a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser with a proven track record in mortgage and protection business to join our team in the DAGENHAM/WICKFORD areas. As a mortgage adviser, you will be responsible for working with quality leads from our estate agency business, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Work with leads from our estate agency business
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent earnings potential on a negotiable employed basis with a generous commission package
- Realistic OTE £40-50K
- Access to the UK's leading exclusive mortgage deals via the L&G Mortgage Club
- Opportunities for personal development and career growth
Relevant experience of working in an estate agency environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. If you are ambitious, have a desire for personal development, and a team player, we would like to hear from you.
