Accounts Assistant Opportunity

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team on a maternity cover basis in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales ledger invoicing and credit control processes
  • Utilize online client portals for efficient communication
  • Process client weekly and monthly applications
  • Prepare single and consolidated invoices
  • Develop new client profiles, pay rates, and priorities in the job management system
  • Run cost and revenue reports, as well as sales ledger reports
  • Perform data entry and reconcile sales accounts
  • Update invoicing and account spreadsheets daily
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience within the Construction industry
  • Familiarity with CAFM and job management systems, such as Job Logic
