About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thirsk Superstore. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, contributing to a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
