What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival and administering check-ins and check-outs.
  2. Ensure all guest enquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including The Bridge restaurant, Lounge bar, and leisure facilities.

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Courteous and pleasant attitude
  • Conflict resolution experience
