About the Role:
MKJ Ignite is seeking a highly experienced Customer Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand communications strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Create and manage customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and influencer marketing.
- Develop impactful digital campaigns, including search, CRM, display, social, influencer, and content marketing.
- Manage agency relationships, including PR, social, digital, and shopper marketing agencies.
- Nurture, develop, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in customer marketing and FMCG.
- Proven team and agency management experience.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong shopper marketing experience is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary (circa £75k - £85k, depending on experience).
- Car allowance of £7k per year.
