Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Cluster Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery for adults with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and choice
  • Collaborate with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective team management and coaching
  • Provide training and development opportunities for Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
