Lead Audiometrician

Job Summary:

A challenging and rewarding role has arisen for a Chief Audiologist / Principal Clinical Scientist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe CW1. This is a fixed term contract position involving audiologic assessment, treatment, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audiologic assessment and treatment of patients with complex hearing needs
• Design and implementation of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes
• Conducting research and publishing findings to advance the field of audiology
• Providing leadership and mentoring to clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent in Audiology or a related field
• Experience in leadership roles within healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
