Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Investment Manager to join our Property team in Central and West England.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to define, commission, and deliver investment programmes across our property portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide a business partnering role on all property matters, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our commercial stock meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and value.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £65,000 per annum, plus a Company Car or Car Allowance, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, employee advice service, cycle to work scheme, voluntary health plans, employee discounts, wellbeing support, and an employee recognition scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage targeted, value-for-money asset investment plans for our commercial stock.
  • D Deliver investment and cyclical programmes within agreed budgets through effective financial management.
  • C coordinaate, communicate, and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • E ensure capital and revenue projects are accessible and responsive to customers' needs.
  • P rovide business partnering support to staff across the commercial business.
  • U ndertake routine stock condition surveys and inspections in a timely manner.
  • M ainain robust quality data regarding commercial property assets.
Requirements
  • A building-related degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Qualified to RICS Associate status or similar.
  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of technical report writing.
  • Robust knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and current practice.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and planning skills.
  • Able to present recommendations based on analysis, logic, and evidence.
  • Working knowledge of construction and housing industries.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
