IT Infrastructure Project Manager
idpp is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale physical IT infrastructure projects (Networks, CCTV, Data-Centres etc.).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure within a large-scale construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of a large-scale physical IT infrastructure project
- Work closely with the construction lead, providing input into RIBA designs
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale physical IT infrastructure projects (Networks, CCTV, Data-Centres etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
- Experience working within the construction industry (knowledge/experience of RIBA designs a big plus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Eligibility for Security Clearance is Essential
£450pd outside IR35
4 days per week on site
