DCTUK Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving individual and corporate targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Utilize market research and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Minimum 3 years of telesales experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the flooring or construction sector would be desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
