We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Wantage.

The estimated salary range for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per year.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering technology-driven solutions and improving business processes. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and process improvements.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and facilitate communication between teams.
  • As a Business Analyst, you will participate in workshops and meetings to gather insights into process enhancements, support data analysis activities, and contribute to change management initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support testing of system changes and provide training to end-users on new procedures and systems.

This is an office-based role, requiring minimum 4 days per week on site at our European IT centre in Wantage. Travel to other locations across the business may be required.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as 25 days annual leave, 9% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
