EYFS Teaching Assistant Role

The Step Teachers team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young students and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework.
- Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
- Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school or private nursery.
- A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/EYFS) is desirable but not essential.
