Overview
Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in West Suffolk, covering bases across the area. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary community mental health team, providing psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention directly to service users.

About the Role
The salary for this position is £43,414 - £69,951 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time role with 37 hours per week. You will be based in Bury St Edmunds and will have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally.

Main Duties
This post offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, as well as to become involved in the transformation of services. You will provide clinical supervision and training to colleagues, working indirectly to benefit the service user and support the team. Additionally, you will help embed the use of DIALOG+ to develop co-produced care plans and contribute to the evolution of services through the development, delivery, and evaluation of psychologically informed care packages.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a qualification in Clinical Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and be registered as a practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience of clinical work in a relevant setting and practice-level skill in assessment and psychological therapy approaches are also essential. Desirable qualifications include evidence of CPD in relevant areas of psychological practice and experience of supervising psychology and MDT staff.
