Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
