Accor Hotels is seeking a skilled and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Satisfaction: Establish connections with hotel departments to meet guests' requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence: Focus on consistently enhancing the quality of hotel services, exceeding customer expectations through attention to detail and dedication.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs on revenue tracking, property safety, and personnel security, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Night Shift Operations: Oversee night shift activities, including hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating next-day needs, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Reservation Management: Manage online and phone reservations efficiently, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, available rooms, rates, and services.
  • Client Support: Respond promptly to client complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration with Housekeeping: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure room cleanliness and availability, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell additional facilities and services when applicable, promoting hotel offerings and increasing revenue.
  • Catering and Bar Services: Maintain the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks for customers, providing excellent food and beverage service.
  • Breakfast Shift Support: Support breakfast shifts, ensuring no shortages and presentation of buffet breakfast, meeting customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish; any additional languages like French are a plus.
