Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of a series of initiatives that will drive business transformation and improvement at Leonardo UK Electronics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external partners and stakeholders, developing and implementing a deployment strategy, and ensuring the delivery of a solution that meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and implement a deployment strategy, including a communications plan
  • Ensure the delivery of a solution that meets business requirements
  • Manage and mitigate risks to the project

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering business improvement initiatives, including the management of external partners
  • Ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of change management and experience of leading improvement projects
  • Ability to analyze and implement solutions to maximize business returns
