About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic GP Receptionist to join our team at Valentine Health Partnership. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional patient experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming service to patients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception desk, handling patient registrations, appointments, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the practice team in maintaining high standards of patient care and administrative procedures.
