About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Theatre department at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional surgical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses in the Theatre department
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre protocols and guidelines
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on theatre procedures and best practices

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in a theatre setting, including surgical scrub experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude
