Job Title: Paraplanning Manager

Eventus Recruitment Cheshire is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join a successful Financial Planning business based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Paraplanning team in providing, implementing, and reviewing strategies and advice to private and corporate clients.
  • Monitor workload, provide support to team members on their strengths and weaknesses, and improve paraplanning processes and templates.
  • Provide updates to the board of directors and operations team, and work closely with other heads of departments to improve communication and working practices across the business.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Experience of dealing with all aspects of advice, such as Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts, Bonds, and higher-risk investments.
  • Good report writing skills and proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working in a Paraplanning role and ideally in a management/supervision role.
  • Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning) and ideally Chartered with the CII.
