We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Leader to oversee the management of our diverse property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced office environment and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) leases, renewals, and commercial leases.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage rent reviews and increases.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings office and lead the team.
  • Ensure full compliance with property management laws and regulations.
  • Take charge of managing a portfolio of properties, including blocks of flats, for both in-house and third-party clients.
  • Help drive business growth by sourcing and onboarding new properties.
  • Support staff development and ensure team objectives are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the property rental sector.
  • Strong knowledge of current and upcoming laws and regulations in both residential and commercial lettings.
  • Experience managing blocks of flats, including knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and office operations effectively.
  • Proficient in ALTO and comfortable with general computer software.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proactive in bringing in new properties to grow the business.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in property management who thrives in a leadership position.
